Your mission

 Role Overview

We are looking for an Affiliate & Growth Specialist who combines strategic partnership management with strong product thinking and a data-informed mindset.

In this role, you will not only manage, scale, and optimize our B2B and B2C affiliate and referral ecosystem, but you will also treat our affiliate funnels, landing pages, and partner integrations as a true growth product, working closely with our Product team to make sure every lead generated through partners converts..

You will leverage funnel data (GA4, Looker Studio, CRM metrics) to identify bottlenecks, run A/B conversion experiments, optimize SQL lead quality, and build automated lead-routing workflows.

Your profile

 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience managing Affiliate / Referral programs or Growth Product roles within B2C/B2B Tech, SaaS, Marketplace, or E-commerce.
  • Product Thinking: Proven experience designing high-converting user flows, form UX, and optimizing landing pages with a strong focus on CRO.
  • Data Literacy / Data-Informed Mindset: Comfortable interpreting funnel data (GA4, Looker Studio, CRM) to guide product and growth decisions without needing to be a Data Engineer.
  • Technical Agility: Comfortable with no-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make) and integrating web forms with CRM systems.
  • Project Management: Highly structured, detail-oriented, with a track record of driving cross-functional projects (Marketing, Legal, Product).
  • Languages: English is mandatory (Fluent/Native level). Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in Legal Tech, Fintech, Proptech or regulated industries.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced workflows (e.g., AI lead scoring, automated insights).
  • Knowledge of lead qualification strategies (MQL to SQL pipeline optimization).

Tasks and Responsabilities

 Tasks & Key Responsibilities

1. Affiliate & Partnership Management (Strategic & Operational)

  • End-to-End Partner Lifecycle: Recruit, onboard, activate, and manage high-value B2B and B2C partners, affiliates, digital platforms, and referral networks across key target markets.
  • Webinars & Co-Marketing Events (Initial Phase): Plan, coordinate, and execute joint webinars, co-branded campaigns, and offline events with key partners to generate high-intent leads during the setup phase (Note: This responsibility will be handed over to a dedicated team member once the initial framework is established).
  • Partner Performance Optimization: Set up tiered commission structures, evaluate partner quality, and ensure proper tracking/attribution for all partner-led campaigns.

2. Product Management & Conversion Optimization (CRO)

  • Affiliate Product Experience: Own the user journey for partner-referred traffic, from partner landing pages (e.g., e-services) to form design, UX messaging, and thank-you pages.
  • Funnel & Form Architecture: Design and refine dynamic, high-converting forms (balancing lead friction with SQL qualification requirements).
  • Experimentation Roadmap: Define and run growth experiments (A/B testing, copy variations, UX flow adjustments) across landing pages and lifecycle journeys.
  • Automation & System Integration: Leverage no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, HubSpot Workflows) and AI-assisted tools to automate lead routing, partner notifications, and lifecycle communication.
  • Data & Attribution: Maintain clear tracking standards using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and HubSpot to ensure accurate multi-touch attribution for affiliate leads.
  • Performance Analysis: Leverage CRM and analytics dashboards to monitor key conversion metrics (Lead → SQL → Client) and optimize affiliate channel ROI.
  • Actionable Growth Insights: Translate funnel metrics into actionable recommendations for the Marketing and Sales Team to improve conversion rates.
